Spectro Labs Deca?

HEY GUYS, JUST GOT A 10ML BOTTLE OF SPECTRO LABS DECA.
TWO QUESTIONS, ONE HOW COME IT DOESNT NUMB MY TOUNGE LIKE THE YELLOW TOP DECAS, AND IT SEEMS LIKE THE BOTTLE IS UNDERFILLED. DO U GUYS FIND THIS TOO? THE BOTTLE CAME WITH A RED CAP, PRETTY TOUGH TO FILP OFF ACTUALLY......SO THE WHOLE PACKAGE LOOKS LEGIT..........JUST WONDERING WHAT U GUYS THOUGHT............THANX

Don't doubt the spectro products bro, they are top of the line.
