BTW, great lifting this weekend man. I hope everything is cool after firing you up for the lifts - I felt bad when you didn't hit some of them.
I'm still waiting for you to hit the numbers that you actually have in you at these meets. Let's make sure we get together ALOT between now and February and keep the intensity turned up.
You just need to get a little stronger in the squat and make that suit work for you. It worked against you in Omaha, because the weight you were doing wouldn't allow you to hit parallel without relaxing.
As far as your bench, man - find a shirt you love and use the shit out of it. You need to be doing shirt work virtually every week to make it work for you. Take that well needed break this week, and next week start hitting those triples. Every three weeks hit a heavy single in it. (But only every three weeks or so or you'll overtyrain). When you get close to the meet in Feb, we'll drop the triple and hit a single the last two weeks going into a meet, and you'll be set.
