well done......a PR is a PR.

But you are still weak though...a couple years and you will be at my level.

The austrian club puts on a feast every year for mothers day.
its an all you can eat type thing. I lost count but my effort was:
6 chicken schnitzels, 2 bowls of beef goulash 4 cups of rice, 3 tomatos, 2 cucumbers 1/4 of mocha torte.

it tasted so good..... i had to space it out though...it took me 1 1/2 hours

Tell me what the PR was, and I'll see what I can do for ya, mister. :D

I never post numbers because I believe the actual number is insignificant. If 135 lbs on your bench press is your PR... that is JUST as important as hitting 600 lbs. Ive had friends who were equally excited about both numbers.

Some of us have been at this a long time. Some are newbies. The numbers of the old timers should never be more important than the numbers of the beginners.

It's all good.

Congrats Sofa...a PR is a PR, simple as that. I hope you dont take offense to this, b/c it's really a compliment, but how old are you? I hope to be setting PR's for the rest of my life....

I'm 44. I've been setting PRs all year. I've also been an experimental life extensionist for 20+ years. I think the results definitely show.

I'm not offended. It's actually a foriegn concept to me that age is a "bad" thing. I come from the era when "age" meant maturity and experience... things to be valued.

One of the first things my girlfriend said to me that cued me in that she was right for me was, "I treasure my maturity."

She's a wedding gown and fashion designer... many years of experience and insight under her belt... and much accomplishment. She gets it. She's 45. She wouldn't trade what she has learned to be 20.

i read this sentence really fast at first...and i thought it said something to the effect of "ive been an "experimental life EXHIBITIONIST"! wow! where did that come from? LOL.

oops, gotta be more careful when i read. :D

Numbers ain't nothing!! :) All I know is that SG told me his legs have grown a great deal within the past year... that is all that really matters... if his legs start to match up with his upper body, LOOK THE FUCK OUT!!! :)
