Spatts and others, what do i do?

My goal, basically, is to be as big and strong as i can. If ill never make it to be a good PLer or strongman im gonna bleed trying.

Right now I weigh 112 kilograms, 247 lbs.
192 cm tall, 6"3.5
I`m 16, I will turn 17 in a few weeks.

Now thing is, I gained like 55 lbs since August.
All in all I am very satisfied with the results of this period. huge weight gain, and a little higher bf, but definetely nothing out of proportion. I was never lean when i started, so i didn`t gain that much fat.
I do a very clean, boring 6 meal a day diet and my Maintenance level is now around 4000 Kcals a day. I eat bucketloads.

Youd say that at my weight it could be done fine but 247 seems to hide somewhere on my body. i dont look that weight at all, since i have a huge frame.
Im not that strong either. I can dead 380 lbs, bench 171 lbs for 8 reps and squat 210 lbs for 8 reps.

I`m not sure what to do? people seem to be able to lean out but stay at the same weight and even get stronger...
Do you do that natural? Is it just a question of really detailed, itty bitty dieting?
It seems that the second I lose any weight I get weaker, let alone get stronger.

I`m around 18-19% bf now i think.
What do you think i should do?
 
RJ, last year I put on ALOT of LBM switching to WSB training, and I was not on during that time. The training I do just burns SO many calories, that I feel like I stay leaner just from a cals in vs cals out perspective. I'm not "lean" by any stretch, but lean considering I shovel in upwards of 3K cals a day most of the time.

I would start a regimen of training that will help you meet your goals. Then give it about 6-8 weeks and evalutate what it's doing to you, in terms of metabolism/composition changes. Then tweak the diet from there.

The focus shifts from just eating to grow, to eating for performance. Or in some cases, eating whatever/whenever you can (not my cup of tea, but works for many),
 
Spatts... im now eating prolly like 4500 kcals.
its ok tho... for now im taking up a new routine me thinks... and gaining weight slowly. maybe half a pound a week or so.
then do some cardio and maybe i can control this bf a little. im not doing anything for cardio now.
