whats everyones opinion of Soy Milk? It's sometimes hard getting down a protien shake with just water. The soy milk makes it taste batter but I'm wondering if I'm screwing some other part of my diet up. BTW I'm trying to lose bf. the nutritional make up of the one I'm using "Soy Moo" is:
