They are making fun of my coworker (Havoc) I think, they think he looks like Michael Bolton, cuz of his hair. But he is a lot bigger than Bolton, and looks nothing like him in the face. But he does sing a lot, kinda sounds like the guy from the Full House theme song. It's his favorite song so he sings it all day long.
