I started clomid today and im sore from my chest workout yesterday mainly my chest and front delts.
I took it a bit easier and lowered my sets and longer rest between sets as advised.
Is this ok or should i have lowered the sets and intensity even more? Is it ok to be sore while training during clomid therapy?
