Soreness in nipple after one shot!?!

Ok, it's been many months since my last cycle, and just recently I started again. Nothing major, because I only had Sustanon this time around. Well, took a shot of Sustanon on Friday and now my left nipple is sore. Not really swollen, but it could get there I suppose. It's only been three days! So I ordered some Formastat (legal anti-estrogen supplement) and was wondering if I took it now, would it be a bad thing? The pain is just very uncomfortable. This has never happened before. I know all you Pros out there know what to do, so please lend me some of your infinite wisdom!
