Anyone else get this? I tend to place the bar quite low on my back and after a set my wrists are always very sore from being put in such a funny position, anyone know how to combat this?

bignate73 said:unwrap your pinky, instead of having all 4 fingers over the top, tuck your pinky under, it will let you rotate your hands inwards a bit. should help.

Also make sure that your elbows are tucked straight down. A stiffer bar will help with the pain too.

Check out their Maddog bar (I believe it is called). Extra long, extra thick, extra strong. I love mine...solved my bicep/forearm/wrist problems with that bar alone.
