Sore testicle after leg day.

Same thing happened to me last week. My left testicle gets sore. I also notice that during squats my left groin gets tender (thats from an old track issue). Could these be related to each other? Otherwise, I gotta pay a visit to the doc.:(
 
Could it be that it may be bordering on a testicular hernia? I really don't know anything about those. Anyone credit/discredit that possibility?

I've had a sore test from leg day as well.
 
Same here happens to me, except its more of a "dull ache" kind of to the side of my right testicle. My brother had 2 hernia's and the pain I experience is in the same exact spot, slightly to the side of the boys. I seems to help a bit it a where a weight belt and/or keep my abs tight when sqatting/leg press etc. I heard the best way to get a hernia is to blow out your stomach when squatting or doing any heavy movement of that nature.
 
There's a difference between a dull ache and what is described above. I always get a dull ache around my pubic bone post-leg workouts, standing for a long time etc... Partially due to osteitis pubis (a degenerative stress fracture type injury) I had last year, partially due to the fact it just happens... Your testicles shouldn't be getting sore as such.
 
could be just the strain of squatting/pressing. could be anything.
i know for sure, all that pressure down there....really wreaks havoc on your veins. trust me i have varicose (sp?) veins down there, the only way i found out was during my vasectomy. it really prolonged the healing process.

yep keep the abs tight. they may distend but keep the pressure managed by the muscles, not the connective tissue.
 
well guys, after walking around all day and setting up for a campus event I think it may be a sore/slightly torn groin. The testicle pain comes and goes at the same time. Must be pushing on a nerve or something. I'll just keep the ice going, which is always fun on my balls.

I've had a hernia before (in 2nd grade). From what I do remember about it, I was really swollen in my groin/lower abdominal area. That isnt the case this time. I'm keeping a very close eye on it. I'm not too worried as of now because it only seems to be surface after leg days and lasts a day or too.
