Sometimes after I cum I get a pain in my ass

I'm dead serious, about once a month after I blow my load I get a throbbing pain where my prostate is...and no nothing is going up my ass. For real...do any of you guys get this as well? I should get it checked out or is it just muscle cramps?

i know a.as use can lead to enlarged prostate, but this has been happening before i touched anything of the sort

actually it has happened less of late

I doubt your prostate is enlarged. You're too young for that.

If it is enlarged you will have to go pee lots and may feel like your evacuation is incomplete or uncomfortable.

i've asked doctors as well who said the same thing, that it's normal. but i don't trust doctor opinions all the time

I get that pain too and I always think it's prostate... but I always fart later, so it's gas. Feels like somebody stabbed me up the ass with a knife.

Some steroids can enlarge your prostate. You should have a doctor look at it bro...better safe than sorry.
