I heard the same thing. Either that or people get sick of their shoes and get lucky when they throw them out of their moving automobile onto the power lines.


I want to know what's up with the one shoe on the side of the road? I always see a shoe or a glove every now and then on the road side. Where's the other shoe or glove? Who are these people removing gloves and shoes and throwing them out of their car? Ok, I'm done doing my Seinfeld impersonation.
