Someone HELP!!!

hi,
I'm new to this site and had a few questions. I'm 6'2" and only 140lbs and I want to bulk up a bit, I'm on a regular workout routine and on a 10,000 calorie diet and cant seem to gain a pound due to crazy fast metabolism. Does anyone know of anyone good supplements to take??? I used NO Explode for a while and produces next to no results. A friend recommended I get on winnys but after researching it doesn't seem to be the supplement that would work for me....sorry for the ignorance haha, but like i said i'm new to all this.

First off, I can promise you are not eating 10,000 calories a day and still weigh 140lbs.

Count your calories exactly and then we can take a moe serious look at your diet, which is always the answer to gaining weight.

Your friend is an idiot for suggesting you take winny for more than 1 reason.

It's all good that you are new, that means you have a lot to learn and there are plenty of us around to help you out.

So, first things first. Post up your daily diet, in detail please, with portions sizes, how many fats, carbs an proteins etc.
 
10k is alot of calories, I have a hard time shoveling 4k and that's with 3-4 shakes a day. Would love to see your diet plan and current workout plan.
 
Are you Michael Phelps? 10k? I can't even imagine. Maybe just gravy and sticks of butter? Yeah, post up your diet and you'll get some good advice. Man, I could hurl just thinking of trying to shove down that much food.
 
yeah, if you're eating 10,000 calories and not gaining weight you must be extremely active. Probably not the case.

Also, if you're eating 10,000 calories it must be a lot of junk food, which would put sloppy weight on.
 
Conzo use fitday.com to calculate your calories/protein/fat/ratio. Its easy and free. Your diet is the most important and also the hardest thing. Spend the time now and dont waste session after session at the gym.
