i've been hitting about 3500 calories this week, and don't think i've gained much in the way of bodyfat, so i'm going to up the calories to about 3600 this week, and see what happens...
i plan on starting a 5x5 SF in 2 weeks, once i get all the info i need, and figure my PR's for 5 reps over the next week...
