meal 8 whey shake in milk prior to bed.
There is also 4 tablespoons of EFAs in the morning. Its fairly lean as I am using insulin in the evenings
Hmmmm might have to try the KD and tuna thing, sounds like it might just taste good! Getting kinda sick of eating tuna rigth outta the can.
