Thanks bw1 and powderguy! I'm motivated! I just hope my body responds well, being that I have now officially turned 36 on March 4th. Sheesh, mentally I still feel like I'm 13. Where did all the years go? LOL. Love your puppy avatar. She looks like a really spoiled baby pup there. =-) I have a Yorkie and 2 St Bernards, and they are so SPOILED!

LOL! Yeah, that is my dog Capone.... He is VERY spoiled these days He used to just be a wild and crazy dog always fighting (never lost a fight) but when I got deployed with the Army my wife took care of him and turned him into a spoiled little shit! LOL! Still love him though Can you believe he eats laying down?

So, I am sure your body will respond very favorably to your new workout... the body has a way of surprising us when we least expect it to ........ Just eat right and train hard... all there is to it

Oh yeah, I meant 'lawyer' not ' lowyer' ..... Can't spell today.... just started some clen and it is messing with my nerves!!!!

Thanks...lol. How old are you? Love your avatar. That is pretty funny. I'm trying really hard to get my body looking great again -- working out 2 hours a day and eating right. Hopefully, I'll be able to bounce quarters off my ass soon...lol.

I just turned 34 about two weeks ago but I live in a college town and whenever I meet girls they all think I'm maybe 25-26 years old. I got lucky or should thank my parents for that because I have many friends my age that look really old and I still get carded buying beer sometimes.

You look good from what I could see in your pics so just keep working out and eating like that and you will be perfect and make your BF a very happy guy! I would love to meet a woman around my age that didn't look like it so we would have more in common!! If you need someone to bounce that quarter off your ass just give me a call.

Glad you like my avatar but my ass has more of a tan now!!

Post up some progress pictures! Interested to see how you are doing. Have you had any help with diet and training? Plenty of people here willing to lend advice, especially when the girl is as lovely as you. I live in Cincinnati myself. Why did you end up leaving this area, did you find a nice spot in a big law firm in FL!? My closest friend is a lawyer here in Dayton and works for the county, he attended Pitt.
