This is a programme which I'm considering using from now on...I've been off the gym for a long time and Im startin to go back again...

Monday: Chest/Tri
Tuesday: Cardio
Wednesday: Back/Bi
Thursday:Cardio
Friday:Leg/Shoulder
Saturday:Rest
Sunday:Rest

What do u guys think?

Feedback and any suggestions appreciated...

Looks solid to me, you may just want to throw an off day in the middle and do cardio on a weekend day. Training for 5 days strait could be pretty taxing.

Looks solid to me...that's the same lifting split I just started a couple weeks ago. Don't be too concerned about a set schedule though. I typically work out every other day...some days I'll do cardio after I lift. I might lift two or three days straight or might take two or three day off. Bottom line is listen to your body. If you feel fresh, don't hesitate to lift back to back days. If you feel tore up...give it an extra day.

Good luck bro

oh yeah...cardio would mainly consist of running on the running machine...
maybe some rowing machine here and there...but mainly running

its a great split though training shoulders and legs on the same say can be very taxing. I would suggest doing shoulders first if you don't already, that way if you do deadlifts, cleans, etc. you won't need do do shrugs or go all out on raises. Other than those suggestions looks great to me. Good luck with it.

Cheers,
Scotsman

Similar to my split although i train chest with bi's and tri's and back and shoulders together. I do legs by themselves 'cause i've usually got nothing left after legs and i also do my deads on leg day so it's a pretty taxing workout.
