box squats, wide stance, sitting baaack
>>>warm ups stretching , 227 8 sets of 2 (45 secs rest)
front squats, clean grip 117, 155, 197 each for 5
overhead squats 35 pd dumbell in each hand rock, bottom, came up to just above parallel
leg raises 3 sets of 12 with 25 pd dumbell.
no buffet, mrp and some backwoods.
