I think guy that posted that video miscalculated the weight. There are only 8 plates aside on the 410kg lift. meaning if it's standard plates it's 765 and if it was in KG it is still the same. It would have to be 25kg plates and then he would only have 10kg left for the bar and the bar doesn't weigh 22 pounds! But still impressive to say the least.
I also like it when the camera shakes, and the clips come off the bar. He is obviously putting some tape on the end of the bar to act as a bushing for the plates as an extra safety measure.

are you supposed to drop the weight (if your using rubber weights) or control it on the way down?
