Ok Triple V.....these are for you ..... please remember we only have a web cam, in this tiny computer room, so the quality is shitty :) I am still cycling, as you know, and plan on getting some good pics done this fall. Even tho, I am taking a higher does than most, wanted triple to see I am not HUGE!!! I am well aware of what I am putting into my body, and moniter my sides wisely. I am past my child bearing years ( got 3:) , and just enjoy workingout--it is my passion ( next to family of course ) So.. first pic is a little cheesy----sorry---- no AS taking in this one----just a cardio queen :)
 
Next one is one I posted on sweet Phems thread.....after first cycle of winny. Again, forgive quality of pics, and I do not know how to flex and show off a muscle....ugh....cant post that back one again, evidently. Its on Phems post of her pics.
 
There TripleV, now I am all exposed and feeling vulnerable :bawling: I wont show ya a leg shot until after this cycle; I was born with chicken legs, and am trying really hard this cycle to work them babies into shape. :fro:

I know the bra and panty was a bit out of place.....but kind of liked my legs in that one :) Did that pic late one night for my hubby, while he was out of town. Took some others, but they would have to be posted in the Womens Pictures section :) THanks for the compliments....

what a transformation. i too used to be a cardio queen. ;)

now we are all a little more exposed....:D

and we can all have great gains to compare soon enough.

i did cardio this morning - 60 mintues on my bike.
i am heading to the gym tonite to do weights...

any thing you guys got to tell me? will i feel the effects already? i did 2.5 mg at 10:00 am

Is your navel jewel blue Topaz? I have the same one..Not only do you take good pic..you have good taste too!:)
 
TripleV, for me, 1st day was in my system psychologically, but it took 3 weeks before I REALLY felt it to get in there phsyically, but thats just how I went :)
 
What I meant Triple, was what Brickgirl said----its 90% mental----and I know you are mentally ready :) Probably be a couple of weeks before you feel the pump running thru your veins . Thank you so much Vixen for the compliment---- I meant the quality of the pics are horrid :( And yes my bellybutton jewel is blue---my sweet husband bought it for me--- I love it :)
 
ANN.. u look great girl !! wahoooo!!!! its so nice to put a body to the ladies we talk to every day... of course a face would be better but its a crazy crazy world out there so no face pics:( good job...keep up the hard training!!

hey btw i have the same belly button jewellery - blue also! but nobody noticed mine... :( probably covered with my fat belly! ;)
 
Your belly didnt look covered with a lot of fat TripleV.....but that clean diet you started should really be helping you soon. Plus all of that cardio you do..... I have been slagging on my cardio...... I will take it up again soon----just been concentrating so hard on lifting harder, that I am too pooped by the time I have time to do cardio :( Viscious cycle :) P.S.S.--- I found my bellybutton ring piercing hurt more than childbirth :) EGADS !!!!!!!

Must agree with bellybutton piercing does hurt atleast more than other parts of body.I have no kids but wish I looked as great as you or any of the other women on the board. I will be there soon . Just working hard at it. But you do look great. Keep up the good work.

Thanx Badgirl1 , and good luck to you with your cycle. What other parts do you got pierced ???Cut me some slack on the nail color...... I live in my gym clothes, and gray is not the best color on me!!!:mix:
 
Thanks FitFossil......I love working shoulders and back. Two of my favorite workout days. The spare tire seems to hang a little more loosly around my back . :mix:

Pierced nipps & tongue. O the orange nails love it. My nails are orange & black, not for Halloween either.:) By the way no spare tire there. I have a spare tire & no what one looks like. When I post my pictures all will see a spare tire.

pictures???? hello. pierced nips? ouch! pierced tongue..i actually had itdone a few years ago and took it out one time for the dentist and just decided to not put it back in. orange and black nails...?? you gotta post your pics girl.

Nails do not showin pre pictures.But when we do pictures Sat before concert I will have my husbandalso show nails. Nipps did not hurt,just a pin prick.

What concert are you going to Badgirl1 ??? My hubby teases me about getting my clit pierced....I told him when he gets a Prince Albert, then i will do mine ;) I heard nipple piercings make you more sensitive. And triple v....your tongue---now that must of friggin hurt :bawling:

GODSMACK concert.Yes nipples are more sensitive. I agree when the get that pierced I told my husband the same thing. Man love the tongue ring!!!

Godsmack!! Now were talking a good concert. Love to workout to that head banging stuff :p My hubby once had a chance to be a bouncer who stand right below the stage, and keep the fans in order. Needless to say he didnt, but would of been back stage passes to meet the band :bawling: Hows the workout going badgirl1???
