what up dude, i am out in about 30 mins
Got up this morning at 8:30, worked out, decent workout for a weekend AM.
Then came home, showered, had eggs, banana, whole wheat toast, avocado, and raspberries for breakfast with 2 glasses of milk and a homemade vanilla latte.
Hit the beach from about 1pm to 5pm, great weather, played some football, built a sandcastle, and played some cards.
5pm to 7pm was rinsing off at the pool, doing some cannonballs and flips. Pool is heated to 80+ degrees so its great in the evening and at night with the cool air.
Home now, tired, but going to get a second wind and head out for some sushi and drinks.
Oh forgot, had beers at the beach and some snacks, I am starving now though.

I scrubbed my basement floor with muriatic acid today...yay me. Now I'm watching Dirty Dancing (
