steep incline barbell warm up; 187, 207 X5, 227 x5, 4

dips (bw) 3 sets to failure (14 to 18)

push ups plus 50 pds on back 2sets to failure

too much coffee and too little sleep, feeling dehydrated
 
some back tonite

power cleans>> warm up, 177 eight sets of 2 (priority on form)

bl good morning 117, 157 x3 187 x2 207 three sets of 3
new to these, 207 felt light actually, but im pacing myself

pull ups bw 3 sets of six

hammer curls 3 sets of eight with 35 pds

bodyweight down to 195

unfortunately, buffetless for the next few months til i get to 175:D
