So you want to lose weight...

Me and many of my clients have had brilliant results with using the Intermittent Fasting protocol for fat loss - without a single minute spent on cardio machines ;) There are many ways to reach the goal and this is by no means a "no brainer"

man i keep preaching I.F. to all my fellow employees at work. This diet help me lose 38lbs without doing any cardio either. I just workout hard as hell in the gym. This is a life stye for me now and i manage to keep all the weight off and im still losing bodyfat. Im not cycling anything right now but when i reach my goal of 200lbs i will run anavar with hcgenerate.

Great thread! Can you go into detail about your workouts? do you use %'s of your max for sets.. did you just kinda guess at first and find a sweet spot? Just looking for somewhere to start. I have been on a low rep kick for a LONG time and I think I will get a nice boost from switching up to high reps Im just not sure where to start based on my maxes?

also what is 'high rep' for you ? 10/15/25/???

also... sorry to bug you.. but how many sets do you do per muscle group w/ this set up.

Dylan. I'm running 500sust/wk, 500mast/wk, 600primo/wk for 15wks kicking off with 40mg anavar daily for wks 1-4. 500iu hcg wk 3-15. Pct-clomid 100 mg day 1&2 75mg 3,4&5 50 mg 6&7 and then 50/50/25. Forma stanazole, post cycle& unleashed, hcgen and I have aromasin on hand if needed. I'm 30 5'10 210 about 12% bf prob my 6th cycle. 1st time with this combo together. I've ran all of it before separately. I'm pretty excited about. Please let me know how to fix it if you see holes in it. Immediately after pct I was gonna run that cut stack with bridge zma & dhea. Please critique

i would change the sust to prop... your clomid dosing is too high... 25/12.5/12.5/12.5... you can run your hcgenerate on cycle... everything else looks pretty good... you could probably run your anavar a bit longer but i like everything else bro...

Bro you are never bugging me, ever... So don't ever say that again! =)

As your increase to lower weight and higher reps you will notice more fat loss and a more defining of muscles... you may not get as much muscle growth but it still has great benefit... more muscular endurance as well, which is very important..

When I do this type of training I do the 3 sets of 12-15 routine on each exercise... I do 5 exercises per muscles and do 2 muscles per day... so say monday and thursday I may do chest and biceps... tuesday and friday i may do shoulders and traps and wednesday and saturday back and triceps... this is just an example... i rotate body parts that are worked together every 6-8 weeks...

So I am doing 10 sets of 3 per workout...

percent wise, you normally either go until failure or I would say about 60-70% of your max...

this is the stability level of training... it will also be good to incorporate these lifts using a stability ball or bosu ball... this is great for working your core at the same time as your lifts and it will aid with fat loss and cutting up...

Run the anavar at the end at 50mg or higher. The Sus is fine for a 15 week cycle with the primo and mast. 15 weeks of prop would be rough.

Spot on right there. Intermittent fasting has been very nice to me too.
