I am short and was NEVER picked on after the first grade i got a rep for nailing the first egghead that opened his mouth wrong in school and the big guys would walk on the other side of the hall to go around me but now i find more people confront me in my biz esp older men maybe hoping i will punch them so they can sue me. But i have changed and take alot more than i ever have UNLESS they get in my face. To answer the question posted i have always been naturally built and wanted to add to what i already had.
 
After my second wife cheated on me I decided that I needed to make some changes. Now if a bitch cheats on me again I can have another at the drop of a hat. I am convinced that all women are mental retards, it just takes some longer than others to show it.
 
I joined the Army at 5'10" & 145lbs. In the 9 weeks of basic training I went up to 175lbs! Finished training and went back to 160lbs, and wasn't happy with that so started working out but couldn't pass 180 no matter what. I went to Iraq when beheadings were the cool thing to do to American prisoners so I wanted to be bigger. I got on juice and went up to 226 at my biggest, then got out and stopped juicing. I have been stuck at 190-195 for the past 5 years, so I am planning my first cycle in 6 years. Once you have been 226 with 8-10%bf, 190 @ 13% bf is just not pleasant... Especially since I'm 33 and all the guys I grew up with are looking fat and old. I am just not going to accept that yet.
