I joined the Army at 5'10" & 145lbs. In the 9 weeks of basic training I went up to 175lbs! Finished training and went back to 160lbs, and wasn't happy with that so started working out but couldn't pass 180 no matter what. I went to Iraq when beheadings were the cool thing to do to American prisoners so I wanted to be bigger. I got on juice and went up to 226 at my biggest, then got out and stopped juicing. I have been stuck at 190-195 for the past 5 years, so I am planning my first cycle in 6 years. Once you have been 226 with 8-10%bf, 190 @ 13% bf is just not pleasant... Especially since I'm 33 and all the guys I grew up with are looking fat and old. I am just not going to accept that yet.
