first of all, it may be a little too early to see gains and strength yet, you may feel some prop kicking in but i would say give the sust 5-6 weeks and the deca 6-8 weeks before being suspicious of fake gear. second, your diet looks like the main culprit. you arent eating enough. no need to go crazy on the protein. get in alot of CARBS. keep protein at 1.5g per pound so for you id say 300 grams is plenty. fruits and veggies, heres my opinion, bulking wise, fruits are fine especially calorie densed ones like bananas in shakes, etc. veggies, i rarely eat veggies, i only eat lettuce with vinegar and grilled chicken when cutting up cuz it makes me full, thats about it. just go to the store and buy a pill to get the nutrients from veggies.
eat 6 large meals per day: 48-50g of protein per meal, i aim for 100 grams of carbs in every meal, around 120 for breakfast then i go to 100g for 2 meals, 50g each of dextrose/maltodextrin pwo, then eat 90g of carbs from white rice an hour to an hour and a half after the shake. 5th meal, would be something like 2 cups of white rice, 2 baked potatoes, or 4oz (uncooked) pasta then add chicken, steak or fish, add some olive oil to the meats for flavor and so it wont tick to pan or grill and its healthy fats so you will get some extra calories from it. last meal is a 1200 calorie gainer shake, shake was 620 calories, added 2 1/2 cups of milk which is 375, then 2 tbsp of natural pb. this is what i do, had a surgury and was out of the gym for 5 weeks, lost 13 pounds, got back this tuesday and im back up 8-9 pounds in 5 days. i couldnt eat much when i was on pain killers and anti biotics, hence the weight loss.
but simply put, you are NOT eating enough. ill gett some fast food a few times per weeek, either 3 double cheeseburgers from mcdonalds, sushi buffet (my favorite), half a pie of pizza, anything i want basically. i would do this maybe 3 times per week to add some change. even though bulking food is tasty, i still like to eat some junk food sometimes, i tend to stick with sushi buffet more as thats more healthy and again, i love sushi, lol. when you hit the fast food places, get some double burgers for extra protein, just lay off the sides of fries and chicken nugget (proccessed chicken).
