Super plasma protein is beyond any whey protein. It is far more concentrated and bioavailable. I'm on my way out and all the abstracts are in pdf file (showing the growth rate of mice was far greater when fed SPP as opposed to an equal amount of protein) but in short, this is the protein which is found in...yep, blood plasma. I know that sounds gross but it's completely filtered to a bland powder. The difference in the nutritional absorbtion can't even be compared. Plasma protein goes directly into bloodstream. It's like "instant liquid muscle." Okay, that doesn't sound very scientific but for now it will surfice. This is no magic chemical or prohormone bullshit. SPP is a recent scientific discovery that only two companies to my knowledge are using. It's also ridiculously expensive.
I don't like him but I give Pat Arnold credit for acknowledging SPP. However, for the same price you can get a higher SPP content plus other ingredients in BIG BLAST from www.proteinfactory.com Flat out, the shit is in another league. It is literally the most anabolic substance short of drugs, bar none.
I wouldn't use SPP by itself. It's bland, not sweet or creamy like whey. And again, VERY expensive. But BIG BLAST is 15 bucks a pound and tastes great. (Tropical Orange is best).
