So much pain!!! How do you guys deal???

Holy sh*t im in so much pain right now!!! I took 200mg/ml eq and 250mg/ml test250 last night. My quad is killing me. I cant bend it without screaming in pain. Not only that but my knee is killing too! the quad pain I had last week too(that was my 1st and 2nd inject ever). last night was my third inject. the knee hurts right above it and alll over it. it seems worse though directly above it. what can/should I do to help this??? Also is it supposed to bleed after inject? 2 out of the 3 times it bled like 5-6 drops of blood and one time it barely bled at all.

What type of gear are you using?

You can heat up the gear in the syringe under some hot water before you inject it. That will help make the injection a bit less painful.

Make sure you aspirate before you inject and make sure you are careful when injecting into your quad. Check out spotinjections.com. That's a great site with different sites you can use to inject.

Quads hurt a lot of people - Go for the glutes.

its a homebrew. the actual injection doesnt hurt, its the days after.

That happens to me if I inject too far down on my quad. My sweet spot is up around the pocket area, where your pants pocket would cover.

There is a lot involved in getting a pianfree inject:

complete sterility of gear and inject technique

inject after showering

30 secs per cc, no more than 2cc in smaller muscles and 3 in glutes and quads

right sized pin

holding the pin steady

DO NOT train the muscle right after injecting, if anything some light cardio.

Advil works better than anything for pain, but will hamper gains for SURE!

Massage, heat, repeat

After that either suck it up or drop the needle.
