so many ways to train

I absolutely hate the sled, but I think I may do that one day. Move the plates about 5 steps away from the sled, then tell them to load it up. Fatties have strong legs, so it would work out well.

How about "clean up the weightroom day".
 
Do yourself a favor, buy Charles Poliquin book German Body Composition Program and have your customers do those programs for losing BF, it has beginner, intermediate, advanced level and it's also important to get them in a good cardio respiratory form, so have them doing cardio 3sessions of 30-45minutes at low- medium intensity per week first, then build up according to their tolerance. Also get them to do a nice stretch program because some of them will be tight from head to toes!
