One might garner sympathy but it also carries the stigma of being damaged, and mentally unbalanced, and its shameful. Its a terrible, mean, hateful thing to do to someone. He knew what he was doing, he chose to do it along with everything else he chose over and over again to use as a weapon to hurt me on purpose. I know enough to know he is dangerous and he seriously injured her. I don't want to rehabilitate him; I want nothing to do with him. I'm no Florence Nightingale.

QT - I don't consider victim a dirty word, and that's what I consider myself when I think about my interactions with him. I was manipulated, I wasn't able to choose freely with all the facts. I should have done a background check, but I didn't, that was my fault but I was definitely manipulated and deceived. I wasn't referring to you, in fact I could never understand how everything with you guys was fine and he treated me so terribly..but it is what it is.

In the mugshots I edited out his name. I told Ledhead, a female member who I won't name unless she wants me to, and bigpokey before I posted the report, name edited out. I later told superdave and miplank (name edited out) when they asked and then stopped responding when people asked me for them. I don't remember sending anything to anyone else, I just made it sound like I did. I might have sent it to more, but it wasn't like I was sending them to everyone, I just made it sound like I did.

I know I was wrong, I've admitted that a million times but I can say w/o conviction that from my experience with him he is evil. I will judge him as so and I will carry whatever consequences my higher power hands down to me for judging him in that manner. If you guys think I should be banned for breaking the rules to be fair, then I will take whatever punishment you think I deserve. I thought by not posting them on the forum I was following the rules. I wasn't intentionally breaking rules, but I can acknowledge now that I did, and I'm sorry.

He put here personal info out there first, then she retaliated by putting his personal info out there. They were both wrong and even at that time. According to your "rules" he should be banned, that is the bottom-line and the end-of-the-story. SQT asked me to cease fire with him. I lived up to my end of the bargain by not replying to any of his posts nor even mentioning his name on the forum and so did Cindy, which I find absurd because the "one" thread was about Cindy and I, and he felt so compelled to insult us because his fragile ego has been shattered. Therefore, that refutes your claim of him not being a crybaby. If he does not care about her, then why did he post in that thread, why would he start threads about her? Why is every other word that he types is "Cindy"? Why was he crying over her the other night like a little bitch? I asked SQT to junk that thread in order to prevent further conflict, that goes to show you how much I really give a fuck about him. I could have easily went to war with him but I opted to disregard him, and that is about all he is worth, to be "disregarded." All he did was find a different avenue to harass Cindy, and he did without regard to the rules and the warnings. We abided by the forum rules, he did not, he blatantly disobeyed a mod's directive after a stern warning. Ledhead just for the record CEO knows pretty much everything I did as I communicated it with him when it was going on. I would say you were a total stand up with how you acted after I asked you to stop you were cool as hell. Yes I did notice Cindy making an effort and I had been trying to make an effort to calm this all down CEO knows that. He also sees and all the deleted posts that you can't access and so do I. I'd love for this to all just chill out for a second that's all I have been trying to do. I never intened to perma ban him just a time out.

Even counting my "off my meds" post on Sunday as "baiting" him, then there is still nothing on me from the past month-six weeks. Who cares if I made a post and deleted it right away? In what world does me making a post that I erased right away that he would never see, be anything other than me TRYING? I don't understand the mindset, actually, yes I do. You have it out for me behind my back when I thought we were friends, you pretend you were friends with me to my "face". Well, not really face but, whatever. In my circles, people don't justify violence against women, they don't go to extreme lengths to hang out with known criminals and sociopaths who have lied to them for almost a decade. I've been around a lot of assholes, but I wasn't raised around men like that.

Ledhead is actually a really cool guy, and a decent human being. He is doing what he thinks is right, not what is popular and fair. You would lose a good poster outside of C&C if you banned him for good. Surely this place wouldn't ban ledhead but let java remain. I lost a bet this morning. Yeah, he couldn't possibly just want a criminal gone from the site, he couldn't possibly just like me as a person, he has to be sticking up for me because he wants sex.

Pretty much postive it's a temp time out used to be done a lot back in digger days if someone asked to be banned. Which he did. And yes I think Lehead is a decent dude said that a few posts back.

If you don't have a degree in psychology you shouldn't be diagnosing people with disorders.

It's hasn't been 6 weeks stop telling yourself that previous to this thread I'd say it was a good 2-3 weeks hence why I made the effort to defuse the situation. Which clearly completely backfired on me.

Yeah, that wasn't a wild accusation QT, he's totally disordered, I can say it. I've seen pics too, but that doesn't mean anything.

You can't compare violence against women to steroids, and you did the search yourself QT. There was nothing but minor shit from here and there from the past six weeks while his behavior got worse the more I ignored him. CEO thinks I have some "agenda" or something, whatever thats the only reason it backfired on you. He convinced you about me, something I don't know.

So, he's always going to be here. That is just the way it is. Now I'll just have to determine if I'll stay here or not. I have nothing else to say about it, I've said everything I'm going to say about it. That's why I stopped reporting posts. There was no point.

Your right you can't compare them but the fact is we can't google mugshots on every last person to make sure they have not been charged with domestic violence.

Just because you read a report doesn't mean you have all the facts. I am not sticking up for him or his actions in that situation. I am just saying you weren't there I wasn't there it's not our place to make a call on what happened.

You mean you went to the county courthouse website and searched their online docket system? You can't google courthouse records, that I'm aware of anyway. Did you do the city municipal one too? I'm not saying that to be a bitch, I want you to see what I saw so someone will take me seriously. I never showed anyone that stuff, CEO does not have it.

i know this is so funny the whole "we dont know what really happen" shit. you can google my name and you wont find a police report with my wife wearing a black eye and me shrugging my shoulders saying, fuck you don't know the whole story. some people don't get in those situations for reasons, they aren't doing shit to get in trouble.

Yes the online docket. I skimmed it and realized it's not my place to be looking into things on a person that is not a part of my life anymore. It's not my place to judge him.

It's your perception that CEO acts one way to you and another with others. I have seen him be fairly consistent with how he treats people.
