I already called the animal services officer but she is off until monday.

I am going to fertilize his precious little lawn with gasoline.

And call to complain when he is revving his fucking engine in his driveway so he gets to go to court too.

It says there needs to be 3 complaints of my dogs barking persistently for 30 mins before they do anything. He is just being a dick. My dogs have never barked for even 5 minutes.
