SO i finally got some Protein Powder and Dextrose...

The amount of dextrose you use will depend on your size. For a 210lb guy, I would say 50g protein and 100g dextrose is about right.
 
What effects do thermogenics (ECA, T-REX) and things like Glurocrel have on this ratio?

I'm 160-170 and haven't been eating any kind of carb post workout - usually just a protien shake and a tuna sanwhich about an hour or so later. I think adding some dextrose would be a good idea.

Powdered sugar is sucrose not dextrose, unless it's a special sugar I haven't heard about.

Take a look at SugarWeb.

If you do have dextrose, I suggest looking at maybe around 30g dextrose and 40g protein postworkout, it's not always the "a lot" that counts, it's the quality.

I use After Max, It has 40 dextrose 40 protien, 5 glutamine, 5 creatine. I take ALA with it sometimes cuz my body is sensative to carbs.

It all depends on goals; in your case I would assume about 40g protein and 30-40g dextrose would be fine.

btw...there is no exact ratios for these things

well I am 166 lbs and clean bulking. The dextrose I got is 50g per serving. Is a 40:30 or 40:50 of protein to dextrose a good mix?
