anybody have a link or a cut and paste of how to add up how many ML/MLG make a gram, etc, etc. I of course need this information for obvious reasons but can't find it online or on a elite search. THANKS!!!

Its a chef in a reasonably sized restaurant who prepares from an Ala Carte menu (All the decent stuff like steaks, chicken, and a full 5 course meal)
