i've not been sleeping well for a few weeks now. so what i did is start taking those PM meds. and those have led me to drink red bull and espressos all day to fight off the grogginess. and now i need those PMs to bring me down from being hyper. etc. i got 3 hours of sleep today and went and worked out and did 35 minutes of cardio before my hamstring cramped up like a fucking sailors knot. and more recently, i was coughing and got a cramp in my stomach that went all the way across and was raised up like a fucking inch. this is awful.
