So everyone doing this program have you gotten bigger ?

Maybe I should add milk again to my diet, I cut it out long ago, just don't like the taste or see the need for cow milk.

Yes, but the more important aspect is the recomposition. I actually had a loss in weight for a while, but that was planned because of my diet issues. The funny part is that most people thought I gained weight. This is mainly due to the increases in my upper body and decreases in the waist.
