So everyone doing this program have you gotten bigger ?

Just curious for everyone here in this program, and mainly the first group from last year, have you gotten really big or huge doing the Omega program for a few months ?

The whole and only reason I am doing this program is to pack on more muscle and get bigger, and now doing this close to two months I have to say yes I have gotten bigger, but not night and day huge. Guess it takes several months to really get big ?
 
Acela and a few other have gained 10 pounds plus

whether or not you got huge yet is not so important, what is important if that with REPEATED effort on this program YOU LOOK HUGE and lean and HEALTHY
 
I've definitely gained a little. My clothing fits a little different than it did 5 weeks ago. i'm debating on buying more shirts and stuff but I figure I'm only going to get bigger so I better hold off for another month or 2. :)
 
I am not saying I don't...after like 7-8weeks doing this I have gained at least 5lbs, maybe 7.5lbs. Just wondering how long it takes to really pack on the meat, like 10-15lbs of muscle. But for sure my shoulders, and chest have gotten a little bigger, just waiting for the upper arms to catch up :chomp:

Thats almost or pretty much a lb a week. If you could stay on course with that then hell thats damn good. 15 weeks and 15lbs would be nice.

Because I seem to have hit a wall in the weight gain. I can get over 180lbs that is 5lbs more than I weighed end of December = 175lbs. But getting to 185 seems really tough, any food suggestions, and how much Protein should I be taking a day ?

Did omega give yoiu the diet plan? Are you gaining fat if you up your calories? If not adding milk for snacks and with meals is a good way to increase cals and protein without making yourself feel overfull.
