So.. Bought first condo.. so excited!

So I bought my first condo! Preconstruction will be ready early this summer .. Picked out and ordered all the furniture at Ethan Allen, Thomasville and Restoration Hardware... Bought a parking spot too so I guess Ill be in the used car hunt soon.. Probably the most exciting thing of life so far.. Was great to pick cabinets and granite and floors etc...

Well bought a one bed with the wifey.. Bought in Jersey City.. In Manhattan the size one bed with a parking spot like a got would prob be about 800-900K with about 1000 month tax and 1000 month common charges.. Im one stop away from wall street so will all be good. Im ready to leave NYC.. hate it...

Actually got the bridges line from Thomasville and The New Country from EA.

I was just surprsed at parking spot costs - 29k! Bought the whole thing pre-construction.. already has increase about 50K in value and havent moved in

congrats on being a condo owner....Jersey City is basically a stones throw from NYC. Hope that parking spot is in an underground garage thats gated....cause lots of cars stolen/dumped in JC...real estate is the best investment by far
