Lou was describing this one time when they were getting ready for posing, Arnold hands one of the other body builders a tube of oil, said it was the best, and he would love it. Then Arnold winks at Lou, and later Arnold goes over to Lou, and whispers "BENGAY", while the guy was posing, his arms where all red.
