Today, my first time benching for over a year and after 2 elbow surgeries, I benched 105 for 12 reps.

WEAK!

i hardly think i disrespected myself here. its not like i showed my tits and ass (ever). now you better R-E-S-P-E-K me and stop being so smug.

that being said...i do respect you and your thoughts and beliefs. you know your stuff. but it's ok to be fun and carefree every now and then, especially on C&C.
