Tody's workout went something like this...

INCLINE BENCH
55 X 12
65 X 12
75 X 8
85 X 4
65 X 10

FLAT BENCH
worked up to 85 X 6 havent done these in a long while

CLOSE GRIP BENCH
3 sets

BENT BB ROWS
65 X 12
75 X 12
85 X 8

then for some reason since i was in the power rack i decided to see what i could pull off the bottom pin since thats where the bar was. i never deadlifted before and i was curious so i experimented...

135 X 1 real easy
185 X 1 a little harder
205 X 1!!!
now these werent full ROM but rather rack pulls but i still feel confident that i could get good at these.

TRICEP CABLE PUSHDOWNS
V BAR 3 sets

35 min intervals on StairStepper

Thanks guys for the responses. I only pulled 3 singles and today it feels like a 300 lb man is standing on my erectors. Lets just say if i bent down to touch my toes, i wouldnt be able to get back up!LOL
 
Awesome workout girl! That's a big exercise to jump right into like you did. Keep working hard like that! Also, I'm ready for you to get that IM up at the office again ;)
