CLOSE GRIP BENCH

BENT BB ROWS

75 X 12
85 X 8
then for some reason since i was in the power rack i decided to see what i could pull off the bottom pin since thats where the bar was. i never deadlifted before and i was curious so i experimented...
135 X 1 real easy
185 X 1 a little harder
205 X 1!!!
now these werent full ROM but rather rack pulls but i still feel confident that i could get good at these.
