A friend of mine and fellow juicer smoked about a pack of cigs a day (Marbolo Reds). He ordered all his gear and quit two weeks before going on his cycle. It was tough especially since he quit cold turkey. He was on D-bol, EQ and Enan for 10 weeks, D-bol for weeks 1-4. EQ makes eat makes eat like a horse. As most of you know, nicotine is an appetite suppressant and cigarettes are an oral fixation. When he quit smoking he found himself eating like a pig and ended up gaining 15lbs more than he would have had he not stopped smoking prior. Moral of the story: quitting smoking before a cycle can add an extra 10-15lbs on top of what you would have gained had you not stopped. If you smoke this story will hopefully provide motivation to stop before you jump on a cycle.

I quit smoking 3 months ago, didn't gain shit, started my cycle two weeks ago, I'm also using EQ, how long before the EQ really starts to drive appitite ??

cigarettes would be illegalized in a heartbgeat if the government didnt make billions of dollars from it.

i read an interesting statistic.

something like 80% of smokers who quit eventually start their habit again.

I don't understand why people start smoking noadays with all the frreaking cancer you can get from it. When I see someone smoking I think, "Man that guy is so cool!!!" LOL

That's completey right, in my case :)

I quit for a 3 months, and my girl and I got into a fight. I went back to smoking from the added stress.

I thought it was time for a lifestyle change, not a temporary change this time.

if you're not weak and get addicted, I think smoking can be healthy in limited amounts, I smoke 1 pack a week for 2 months while cutting, that totals 8 packs a year, during this cardio is performed and this reverses any negative effects on lung capacity. caffiene and nicotine is thermogenic, and nicotine has nutrient partitioning benefits.

it also as some mentioned causes appetite supression, which can help with cutting if you've just come off a massive bulking cycle and are use to shoving mountains of food down your neck.

I'm glad you have the self control that most do not

I've known Crack users, Heroin addicts that were able to clean up...they quit everything but cigarettes...VERY addictive.

I quit for a year and a half...started up again...smoked for a year and quit again (going on 3 months)

cool man

I started smoking at 15 because I thought it was cool

ya it's a learned technique, keep persistant, if you didn't get it this time.. you will... concentrate on the feeling when you crave a cigarette, don't try to hide it, but learn to love it, make it get you angry and output this energy in some way.. and think about how much you hate the cigarettes :P

Smoked sence 13... My mother started buying that crap for me when I was 14... That's how communism worked... :)

Quit two years ago... was a goo thing...
Now I spoil myself too much with cigars last three weeks... Bad shit any way you look at it...

I've never smoked cigs but I'm thinking abotu startign cigars just socially.

Not expensive ones, but not suepr cheap ones either.

I wish I had one right now.

Former surgen general C. Everrett Coop said that cigarettes are more additive then heroin.

If you don't smoke, don't start. You may not be able to quit.

far better for you to chew, vaporize or smoke through a hookah to get that nic though imo.

Yo

I read some study (look for it yourselves) suggesting a connection between smoking and stuborn fat deposits.

Also what about the reduced ability to get oxygen flowing?

I am always amazed when I see healthy people smoking. Nothing ages a face faster than smoking cigarettes. I have seen some chicks at 22 look like 35 year olds. Fucking disgusting.

Well think about it. They have teams of PHD's and chemists and even MDs working LEGALLY to make these things as addictive as possible. That is why after over a year of quitting, I was still thinking about and wanting cigarettes. i wish they were illegal.

I tried those natural cigs, american spirits, they are not altered or anything. I wonder if they are as addictive.

Former surgen general C. Everrett Coop said that cigarettes are more additive then heroin.
Absolutely true. I quit heroin, cant put the smokes down.

To sum it up, save the smokes for cutting.
Moronic

Perhaps you didnt mean to say it but I hardly think smoking is healthy in ANY amount..

There is no greater addiction than nicotine. It's by far the hardest drug to quit.
