small knot in my left shoulder

i go this knot in my left shoulder where i shoot myself. It doesnt hurt, no marks but i can feel it. Just from repetitive injections in that area. once I realized it I stopped hitting that spot. Its been over 3 months now. its still there. Its like an aggravated vein. Just concerned that its not going away.

I try to alternate....left glute....right glute..left shoulder...right shoulder...but got a little shoulder happy when i was shooting EOD. thats when i noticed it.

if it is oil sometimes can incapsulate if some was leaked subq, takes a while to go away,it could also be scar tissue

start massaging the area with a hot washcloth this will help the oil dissipate

it was 1/2 the size of a raisin..pretty small....i actually massaged it last week and it doubled in size. it hard. its in the muscle not deep..at the top..just under the skin.
