What's up guys. The thing is, I have absolutely terrible joints. It affects almost every upper body workout I have. It's mainly my shoulders. I'm 29 so I don't feel like I should be having this problem yet. Whenever I was about 15, I hit a big ass growth spurt and the doc said it would take a few years for my joints to catch up to my body. But that was 14 years ago! Lol anyway, my question is, would small amounts of water retaining compounds help my joints (25mg anadrol,or small amounts of deca, or 10-20mg dbol)? I know deca doesnt make you retain water but it does help lubricate joints if I'm not mistaking. Any help would be greatly appreciated guys. This may be a dumb question but it's one I had to ask.

thats like putting a band aid on an inner tube , at your age you should concentrate on joint support supplements, Fish oil/krill oil, flax seed oil, MSM, glucosamine chondroitin
Gellatin etc ,remember it took a while to tear your joints down so its going to take a yr or more before you start noticing results, The good thing is you have age on your side, so start now! I know it's not you want to hear, but theres no quick fix

Take your time and heal, AAS will not help here. I am 50 and have had bad shoulder pains on and off for years due to working out (incline bench) wrong. Highly advise the glucosamine supplement and building up your shoulder muscles slowly. Took me 6 months but my shoulders are great and feeling no pain at all anymore. Again, if you do AAS your muscles with become stronger but your joins and ligaments wont be able to keep up and you will cause further damage. Be advised the glucosamine takes 30 days to start working so give it time and heal those shoulders and pls stay off the AAS until healed.

Thanks for the replies guys. Guess I should've mentioned I'm already 8 weeks into a test e cycle haha. But joint pain is no different now then before cycle. I'll def look into glucosamine. I've been taking about 1gram of fish oil everyday now for about a month and a half. Just not seeing any relief. Joint pain is a pain in the ass!!

radar is right. your diet doesn't have enough good fats. not only should you take what he recommended as a lifter but you should also eat foods that contain them (which most people do not get any of)

fatty fish, flax, olive oil, 100% grassfed beef, cagefree eggs .. these are examples. drink a tablespoon of olive oil everyday to re-inforce things

google steroids effects on collagen synthesis hint.. its not good..

what you need to do is REHAB the injury.. if you dont think its injured then you wouldnt be having problems. i always recommend this site: mobilitywod.com

regardless if you follow that site or not you need to completely ease off the weights and get your shoulder joint flexible and strong. not the big muscles but the small ones in and around the area that support the joint.

If you want to hold water...bloat! When I want to lift big I eat big...HUGE! 1,000g Carb days plus protein and fats and fluids. Salt and vinegar chips like they are going out of style. Salt on everything... Helps to be strong, to be big, and to recover.

But most of all...you need to work with someone experienced and top of the line professional to get your technique fixed on all of your lifts.

Exactly! I am in physical therapy for a shoulder injury. Starting to heal. Progress can be slow and frustrating. The small muscles around the area are key.

GH, EQ, Primobolan, Anavar all boost Collagen sythesis. Test decreases it by 50% at least. So I'd look at the steroids mentioned.

It doesn't mean is an injury could be worn out some already.
I have plenty of issues myself one shoulder is not in place right so tendon goes over bone some but only once in awhile will hurt. Might have to accept will be having problems and maybe some surgeries eventually.
have you seen a dr if is very bad could have some bone spurs starting to form. Grind those out makes a huge difference.
Just general joint issue issues gear up on supps and would recommend some EQ. GH helped me a lot with tendon and ligament issues.

Anytime you take an AAS its gong to effect your natural hormone production.
