Genetics, diet, training and I read somewhere a while back that he was using GH during the Rocky films but I can't say for sure if he was or was not. No one knows except him and the people close to him

What kills me about these posts is that the original posters SOOO want to look like their favorite starts - guess what people... EVEN IF YOU USE THE SAME DRUGS/DIET AND WORKOUT YOU WILL - I REPEAT - YOU WILL LOOK DIFFERENT. Everyone has different genetics and responds differently. Just work out, eat right and be the best YOU can be.

at the time of release of rambo II sly was at the peak of his success and handsomeness. he was in amazing condition during this movie.
now when you see that movie or pictures of him from that era he looks surpisingly little. it is funny how time changes perspectives.
and now look at sly all plastic surgeried out. he is a mess and it has destroyed his career. he probably would have been a handsome older guy able to play character roles: dads, granddads, mob bosses, etc. face lifts do not work on men.

Think about it they are rich, have their own personal trainer (usually one of the best out there), may have their own chef. It is very possible they could get ripped up without using drugs also. Not everyone on Elite that is ripped up at 160-180 lbs. is on coke and meth.
