Well you have to get one arm and his head inside your legs so, its gonna be pretty hard to pull off, but its not THAT Hard.

My strategy would be to lock up then force one arm down jump and throw the leg over the one i pulled down, then grab the other and continue to apply the triangle, never done it before, but this is how i assume it would be done easiest, however if anyone here has done it with sucess and disagree's, please correct me.

I saw a friend of mine dive forward land on his back/uppershoulders and roll into a Trinagle on a guy cus the other guy came from a wrestling backround and his typical stance is very low to the ground
