Sleepy-Overtrained/Fatigued Symptoms?

My strength and performance in the gym is fine but outside of the gym I am brutally tired/sleepy. Usually I look to my performance in the gym to detect when I am starting to overreach or overtrained, so this has me a bit confused.

I am currently on a cycle (masteron) but this also happened to me in the fall as well when I was not on cycle (I eventually took a week off and switched routine). I've read about exercise induced CNS and adrenal fatigue with nothing really conclusive. Can anyone shed some light?

this one is easy. run some bloods, get several bp checks throughout the day and come up with a median. you will notice most likely you have many things off. it will then be in your best interest to cycle off everything for a minimum of 6 months and i would run some n2guard too. once you get healthy again then you can start cycling again

that would be step 1.

if you run bloods and your bp is fine, then we can go to step 2 which would be a de-load phase .. an example of this would be dropping your weights down 50% for a week or two. then you can resume again. any cardio should be cut in half in terms of if you run an 8 minute mile drop it down to a 12 minute mile for example.

He knows what he is talking about get some labs done and see what you are lacking. Also, fatigue could be a hundred different things. How much sleep do you get? What is your eating like? Stress? Other supplements? You might be overdoing it with gear and supplements and get getting the necessary nutrition to keep your body up and active

Give your stats as well and lots more infor

If you are tired just push through it. Clean up your diet there is nothing like a clean diet to help. If you are putting junk in your system you will feel like garbage. Remember this.

Steve,

Good response, thank you. As far as blood work goes I'll have to look into that being in Canada. I tried once through the doctor but it takes a few weeks and they do not give you your results. If something is way off then they tell you to book another appointment with your doctor. I'm wondering if there is anything similar to the online Labs that you guys have.

I am doing the 50% deloading as we speak. I already did this today and I am already feeling better in the fatigue department. It was like I just couldn't handle the high volume work to failure I was doing every morning. I think I am starting to border on overtraining.
