Todays Squat workout

bar x 12
225 x 8 atf fast explosives
315 x 4 Parallel no box
315 x 1 Box (box setup)
365 x 4 Box
405 x 2 Box
415 x 1 Box PR* (Got it !, was a lil slow midway, what would that mean ya think?)

Front Squats:

These felt damn good, never went up to 225 before so all of these below are PR even the reps.. So I guess that would mean a 35 lb record.

225 x 5
225 x 4
225 x 6 partials + 1 full rep (was feeling sausey)
 
oh and a girl that was watching me said "You should'int do that much weight its not good for you"

another guy herd this and says... "Well its better then sitting on the couch and eating potato chips"

omg I cracked up!

I get the same thing from the mother-in-law: "it's none of my business, but why would you lift that much weight?" Duh.

I hate it when people claim that too much weight is "bad for you". It's only "bad" if you have piss poor form though I suppose most people that are in the gym that I see do have pretty bad form....
