but is it really creamy, or is it hard and unspreadable?
They have a creamy version...the Crunchy that I eat is not very 'spreadable' but I shouldn't be really spreading it on anything (per my diet  )...
Healthiest ANPB I've found yet, thought I'd share, as everyone knows I love my PB :chomp:

For those that care, I think the sodium in the Natty Skippy is like 150mg too...

it just says on the label "ALL NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER", thought i'd try it since the smuckers pb i have, i hate..... And it didn't have mono-diglicerides and crap i can't pronounce on it, so I believe that's what they mean by 'all natural.'

the use of palm oil has replaced hydrogenated oils in a lot of foods. It does not separate like lighter oils naturally occuring in nuts.

its somewhat high in saturated fats, BUT ANYTHING IS HEALTHIER THAN HYDROGENATED OILS.

IF THEY ADD SUGAR IT'S NOT NATURAL.

Do you guys have Kraft products in the states, if so they ake a 100% all natural PB, only thing in it is roasted peanuts.

I get my PB at the health store.

I get my ANPB & AN Almond Butter at Trader Joe's....or I buy the Crazy Richard's Brand at Acme/Shop Rite

I had peanut butter on Monday but I'm throwing the whole jar out TODAY cause I keep craving it now..

grrrrrrr

Two more weeks and Im free to eat eat eat

Oh!! And I bought some Peanut Power Butter at the BB show Sat. -- it's peanuts, egg whites, flax oil, flax seeds, honey, salt & wheat germ.

I buy a local brand that I LOVE. The ingredients are "peanuts, love, care, and pride". Thank God because I was really low on my pride intake. lol

I've had that before....mmmmmm yummy :p :p do you like it? it has protein powder in it to no? The 1 I had did.

You can buy it now at GNC -- they just signed an exclusive deal w/ GNC & had to change the name from "Power Butter". That & Stallone pudding were the 2 things I saved for my first post-competition junk food.

Ok so I have an uneducated question for you guys. I'm really getting into my diet so am curious to add to this thread. With that said, this whole "healthy fat thing"... 16g of fat makes me shy away from it. I've heard almonds work? Is natural peanut butter the same? How do they work and why? And being at 28.4%bf...shouldn't the healthy fats be left until when my bf is lower?

I apologize if this post is very basic for most of you, but the only way I'll know is to ask and learn. Also, if I missed another post that encompasses this topic, please feel free to link me and I'll take my questions there! :)

dont know if the manufacturer is the same but powerbutter did not test out well (it did not meet label claims)

There is a BIG difference between 16g of saturated fat & mono or poly-unsaturated fat....Healthy fats are very important in your overall health.

You need fats in order to burn fats....your body cannot provide EFAs on it's own - thus you need to provide them...
