skinny guy needs help

Hi everyone,
I have gone through this website in some detail. I haven't been able to digest all of it, but i think i am on the right path.
I just have a quick question. I'll start of my goal.
I aim to gain 8lb to 10lb. I am 6ft tall and weigh 139 lbs. I have tried to look into the roids and since i am not trying to enter a competition or do body building but just want to improve physique and fitness.

The stats:
1 - 25 Years
2 - 1 year
3 - 6ft/183 cms
4 - 63kg or 139lbs
5 - Lean
6 - 2500 calories
7 - gain 10lbs
8 - Side effects of testosterone is too high can you propose a single ROID and a simple cycle?

up your calories to at least 3500/ day and you will put weight on. you need to eat bro!!

very well. To be honest i can lift weights and run and play sports but one thing i have most difficulty is eating. Can someone propose a roid solution?

everyone on this site will tell you the same thing, EAT MORE!
force yourself to eat more. go for 6 meals a day evenly spaced out, every 2-3 hours. try to get 3500 cals a day. it will be hard at first while you are training your stomach to take extra food but it will get easier. trust me you'll be surprised how much weight you could still gain naturally.
 
plus "roids" will do nothing for you eating like that, the end result will be 10 LBS of water weight that you lose as soon as you come off and X amouny of $ wasted on the "roids".

Getting big is not easy man and "Roids" is not the magical miracle drug that will thay make it easy....trust me on this you need to learn to eat first.

What side effects of test are you worried about? There would be more issues with d-bol or anadrol? Deca?

Squats
Deadlifts
Barbell Rows
Military presses
Bench presses

Add weight to the bar each week and eat lots of food.
 
If you want to inject something try a b-12 complex to help with your appetite but ROIDS ARE USELESS IF YOU DON'T EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Damn. You guys scared this kid away. HaHa.

Even after going through the site in some detail, as the OP said, he doesn't understand that little thing about eating well above maintenence to gain muscle with or without chemical assistance. Maybe he is starting to understand.

Well, not entirely true, you'll still be skinny but your dick will be rock hard :)
 
Hey Guys,

Thanks a lot for the 'encouraging' responses. First when somebody says eat 3500 calories it aint possible. I ate 3000 yesterday and played soccer and i feel like shit today.
There is no way you can make a 3500 calories diet (and i have researched a lot).One cannot eat ÂŁMcwhoppers in a day. I ate fat, protein but there is no way i could reach that number.
I just want to know with my 2100 calories intake and roids how to combine them to get measley 8lb gain, and nothing more.
 
I eat 2900calories a day when cutting so the little 3500 calories a day you should be eating to bulk should not be a problem if you dedicate yourself to it.

can i know what sort of stuff yuo eat. I eat a bar (250 calories in the morning and evening) and whey protein glass of milk (twice a day). Is there something that could help?

I even cut it out and scanned it for you. You need to eat more regardless if you take steroids or not. They are not magic - the food IS!

In your case since you are so skinny you can add calories by using 2% milk in the protein shakes - there are a lot of ways to easily add calories. This is a basic guideline to help you get started.


Dont ask for ANYMORE advice if you are going to say "I CANT EAT" - If you cant eat get the hell out of here.

From one skinny guy to another:

Eating more is HARD! You will get used to it though. Steroids won't give you what you want if you cant eat, period. If you can get to 3500 cals a day at 6' 140lbs you'll gain 10 lbs faster than any juice head. If you can get that diet down you'll be fine. I was in the same boat for years and after lots of practice I put away about 5000 cals a day on a bulk cycle and its painless. just work at it, save the roids for when you have it all down pat so you can get the real results. The kind of results you've only dreamed of. Good luck bro. Read up, eat up and bring the weights up and you'll grow for sure.
 
listen stupid. go to gnc okay? you still with me? buy yourself a decent shake mix with high protein and high calories. u see where i'm going with this? can you figure out the rest dummy? go to the counter and pay, then get the hell out of that store and never buy anything from there again.

the guy is just asking for advice and seems to be listening to the advice given to him, he is not responding by making smart ass remarks, so why the flaming?

Absolutely the perfect advice! If he can't grow by eating and doing those 5 lifts he has a giant tapeworm or AIDS

Dang, no need to be disrespectful. Sure the guy sounds a little stubburn in his insistence he can't consume 3500 cals, but stupid? Cut the guy some slack, he just wants to learn and put on some size.
 
In 2001 I weighed 142 lbs. at 6'2". So, I know where you are coming from. It was hard for me to eat more at first. And, I was afraid of getting fat. Today, according to calipers, I'm at 10.6% bodyfat at 215 lbs. I didn't touch a steroid until I had gained over 40 lbs. I added about 10 lbs. with juice over a 6 month period after that and didn't touch them again until I'd gained another 20 lbs. The biggest thing for me has been EATING (as everyone has mentioned), second has been training (heavy weights lots of rest: ie no cardio unless dieting down for competition), and juice has been only a tool used occasionally to boost toward my goals. Don't get me wrong, I love steroids, they work, but they are best treated as PART of your arsenal- not to be relied upon as some think.

As a side note: When you are ready to use, keep in mind that ecto's like us can grow off of a little juice (read at 500mg. total per week or less for 6-8 weeks) and a lot of food. My last bulking cycle I did just that: 5-6 weeks of 250 mg tren/ 250 mg prop per week. I trained my ass off and ate a lot the whole time and went from 205 (had been dieting) to 233 and ended up keeping 15 lbs. (I'm dieting for a show again is why I'm down to 215...) To those who don't buy that, keep in mind I'd been off for many many months. Anyhow, best of luck.

Thanks guys, i think i just needed some motivation. I have been tracking my progress and its been 3500-ish calories for 2 weeks now.

You have"done research in detail",what...in the 3 weeks you have been a member?Let me put things in perspective.I did research here nightly for 3 years before my 1st cycle.Plus I was 32,and lifted naturally for 12 years steady before my first cycle,and yes,managed to eat clean 4100 cals. a day on my cycle,put on 11 lbs and trimmed down,6'4",231 lbs..."skinny" by elitefitness standards.You arent going to grow off of anything unless you eat.
