skinny guy needs help

You're 6' tall and weigh a buck 40, have been training a whole year and eat a WHOPPING 2500 cals a day.....here is the perfect cycle for you

Squats
Deadlifts
Barbell Rows
Military presses
Bench presses

Add weight to the bar each week and eat lots of food.
 
If you want to inject something try a b-12 complex to help with your appetite but ROIDS ARE USELESS IF YOU DON'T EAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Damn. You guys scared this kid away. HaHa.

Even after going through the site in some detail, as the OP said, he doesn't understand that little thing about eating well above maintenence to gain muscle with or without chemical assistance. Maybe he is starting to understand.

Well, not entirely true, you'll still be skinny but your dick will be rock hard :)
 
Hey Guys,

Thanks a lot for the 'encouraging' responses. First when somebody says eat 3500 calories it aint possible. I ate 3000 yesterday and played soccer and i feel like shit today.
There is no way you can make a 3500 calories diet (and i have researched a lot).One cannot eat £Mcwhoppers in a day. I ate fat, protein but there is no way i could reach that number.
I just want to know with my 2100 calories intake and roids how to combine them to get measley 8lb gain, and nothing more.
